I'm so tired of ordering from this Mc Donalds and I'm not coming back!! You can even make a big Mac let alone a shake!! I ordered food for me and my family and the drive thru was ridiculous to say the least. And well guess it takes you 10 min just totake my order and then I get to wait another 20 min to get my food. No drinks that I ordered were available and after I changedthem I got some watered down drinks and when I asked them to fix it I was told to go or they'd call the police. Who do u thinkyou people are I will be in contact with the corporate! And maybe y'all quit playing hookie in the back! What is your problem McDonalds tix your stuff.
I went to this restaurant for the first time since the drive-thru is always packed. Even though I wasn't very hungry, I decided to grab a shake and some fries. Unfortunately, I ended up spending my entire lunch break waiting in the drive-thru line! The service was pretty disappointing. I'm not sure if this is typical, but there were no apologies or acknowledgments for the wait. I'm not angry, but I really can’t afford to waste time like that. On a positive note, the fries and shake were fantastic.
25 minute wait last night. People were stuck in the drive thru line and shut iff their engines. Manager should have stood outside as cars started to entered the drive thru to tell them they were having problems and the wait time. Everyone had to getout of their car and walk back to the car behind them to ask them to back out of the drive thru in order to be able to leave aswe were all trapped in line.
The food at McDonald's was hot and fresh, although it took a bit longer to receive my order in two separate parts. The manager took great care of me, which I really appreciated. I'm not a fan of ordering through the kiosk, but thanks to COVID, it's become a lasting part of the new normal. The McDonald's menu still offers plenty of familiar favorites.

20 minutes for a curbside pickup, while drive thru is quickly moving is unacceptable. I had to ask an employee to check on my food at the 10 minute mark, and then call the restaurant at 20 minute mark. Then finally they brought out my food. No apology oranything.
I only give 5 star rating for the morning girl in the drive-thru, Tabitha. My mother and I absolutelyley love their warm friendly way. She is such a great lady and we absolutely love the respect she shows to her customers!!
I ordered two McFlurries from this location, but both were topped only with Oreos and had plain vanilla ice cream underneath. Not impressed. Now I have to inspect my ice cream along with my lunch to ensure it's accurate.
Do not come here employee handling her phone all while handling food. After waiting 15 minutes and no one came to register. I walked out and all I wanted was a large coke too.
