On July 2nd, 2023, at about 22:15 p.m. we entered the MC Donalds Stader Straße in Hamburg Harburg, already in the outdoor area and in the parking lot there were garbage and cigarette dumps everywhere. When we entered the toilet, which was not clean, it smelled like urine and everywhere the toilet paper was around (there are no pictures here). When ordering at the terminal, another guest pointed out to us not to enter the molten ice, which obviously was on the ground for a long time. Order completed and paid. When waiting for the order, enough time was to look at the branch even more closely. Everywhere food remains on the ground, both clearing cars full, so that the trays were left on the ta...
Solid McDonalds. My order was done extremely fast, perhaps had to wait 2 minutes. Everything was complete. Later I saw why everything went so fast: the burgers were practically cold and the cheese was not melted. On my fillet-o-fish the cheese was placed on only half of the burger. Since the cheese is not melted, I can assume that the patties were pre-cooked and then laid around for a while. Because of the moderate and lukewarm burgers there is a star to go. The rest was fine.
Once the best McDonald’s in Harburg District, unfortunately over. We've been there twice in the last two weeks. The first time we were told unfriendly that you can no longer order at the counter. Only possible at the terminal. At the second time we were totally shocked! 21:10 no more table service, order at the terminal and eventually pick up at the vault. The child's hand was already closed. Unfortunately sad children's eyes. Really a pity service is no longer available!
Nice staff good fresh food. 4 terminals are available here for a simple order. The food will be brought to the table. At almost all tables are sockets with USB port. 3 hours free W-Lan! I wish all the branches were so well equipped. During the meal, an employee went around and distributed cookies to test. One of the best branches I've ever visited. Absolutely recommended!
