The customer service is great. I had a woman help me with getting the best offer for my money her name was Sidel KS#2 my order number was 286 at store #2120, I was mindlessly ordering . And the food was fresh correct I had a special order burger thefries were amazing !!!!!! So crispy and fresh . My milkshakes were cold and I think I guzzled so fast I got brain freeze lol andmost of all my nuggets were hot crispy and not burnt or old tasting like the one in college point . I also got 2 pumpkin creampies and the man he?s like 6ft big guy was packing out orders doing amazing getting things efficiently done I?m thinking therewas a young lady next to him she seemed like she was being trained but...
I would give zero star if I could give. I went to this place for breakfast. Employees were rude, there were crumbs on the table, order came after 20 mins... I called the woman (who was pregnant) who worked there, she seemed like she was doing nothing, shelooked at me and ignored me right away and walked away. I called her second time when she came close to me, she point fingers atother employee. What the heck? This place iw worst mcdonald I ever visited!!
Nov 12. Morning .I went to buy a breakfast meal.customer service is terrible in the drive thru. Coffee complete cold and no sugar. When I told the boy that the coffe was cold and without sugar he took the coffe. And it took him 1 min to bring it. Becareful I don't know what they did with the coffe, but it was very suspicious .what happened I went at throw breakfast away .Inever go back to that MCD .
I discovered a hair in my burger, which should have been noticed before it was served. Normally, I only dine at places that are attentive to their food preparation, but this time I went back and talked to the manager, who handled the situation well. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it’s easy to miss issues with your meal, and that’s something that could be improved.

The Google listing states that this McDonald's closes at 1 a.m., but I’ve encountered issues on two separate occasions when I arrived before that time, only to be told they were closed. They really need to update their business hours to prevent wasting customers' time. It just makes sense.
I usually wouldn't expect to give a McDonald's five stars, but this location was exceptionally clean and efficient. There weren't many customers inside or in the drive-thru, but I have to give credit where it's due. I may not visit again soon, but they made a good first impression.
Honestly, this is the only McDonald's where I can say for sure that the ice machine and frappe machine are always working! I won't go to any other location. Plus, they never give me a hard time when I ask for an extra packet of their amazing Mac sauce.
It's as if this store is managed by someone who trains the employees to not have any sense of urgency or consideration for others whatsoever. Corporate needs to pay a visit to this store and get rid of all managers and shift leaders at this location.

It's mcdonalds... the food doesn't change so no disappointment there. Service is good as they don't get orders mixed up and never give an attitude. The venue is very nice and family oriented. Very sanitized.
The cleanest McDonald's I have found so far is located in Queens. The staff at the kiosk were also very welcoming. Despite being full of schoolchildren, they were all well-behaved.
