I absolutely hate this location. I’ve had numerous problems with this location and spoke to several different managers. It’s my neighborhood location so I tried to support it , but at this point I give up !! Don’t bother speaking to these so called managers barely human beings I mean they just let anyone be a manager at this location! Did manager luze even graduate high school! Yes I asked for her name it was it was an insane altercation . I felt like I was talking a wall. Literally the other employee that wasn’t a manager helped me more in that situation. There's a manager in this location whos worked there for over 20 years. You can't miss her, she's not hard to spot, she's the worst employee any business can have. It stands to reason why this is the worst mcdonalds on the planet. I've been coming here for decades, so I should know. If you have no alternatives be prepared for something to go wrong, this place can screw up any order. If your feeling adventurous try the mobile app, lots of interesting results, non of which result in what you ordered and definitely not quick. a lot of turnover like a zombie filled dighof. I used to be here when I was younger all the time; but not so much now. once found in the ball pit an unwrapped but uneaten cheeseburger. that's always with you.
