Mcdonald's - Réserver une table

i just used the drive thru and someone took my order so rude and just trying to go so fast and in a hurry. i felt disrespected by the way the lady was tryna rush me and take my order and speak to me like that. the foods always fresh so can?t complain about that. but the customer service part !!!!! WOW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PART IS WHERE THEY LACK THE MOST. the manners and the just overall patience for the customers. and you?d think because it?s mt laurel the manners and staff would be better. but they aren?t! just rude and rushing !!!!!!

I?ve been a long time patron over 20 years, and appreciate all of the food here. This week I went in to the shop-and they had signs up asking for no more than 3 customers at a time, and guides on the floor to help with social distancing. Excellent. But then what the heck? The gal behind the counter had a mask on-but not covering her nose. And the owner-had his mask down around his neck while he moved from the kitchen into the store to stock items. Really??? Not good.

Great restaurant. Only before 5pm. Employees are amazing and caring individuals who do their job right, never mess up our orders, even when it's a big one. But. After 5pm its total opposite. Staff are unfriendly, some lazy and never get the order correct. I mean that as something is always missing

Just used the drive through. Faster now that recent renovations. Looks great and service better.
