a simple hot latte ordered and got a mocha latte, got it after home took a drink and realized that it was chocolate. I am very allergic to chocolate. I called and the manager thanked me for my complaint said he would pass on the information and hang it up. no offer, money or even a voucher to uncouple. I'm going to this place almost every morning and now I don't think I'm going to be special, because you could get me into the sick house or worse. I don't want to hear a young one from the chief manager.
Had trouble with the order kiosk which was the only way to order. We pushed the help button. No one came. Asked a guy who was carrying supplies if there was anyone to help us. Took a while but we got an order and food. They dropped the bag on the counter and no one answered when I asked about katsup and salt. Won't go there again!
