Mcdonald's - Réserver une table

On Thursday, June 30th, 2022, I went to the drive-thru at Golf Links. There were only 2 cars ahead of me, but it took at least 10 minutes to receive my order. I ordered a simple Egg McMuffin with bacon, a hash brown, and a medium coffee. I paid at the first window and then waited at the second window for about 7 minutes with no workers in sight. Finally, a girl appeared, handed me my coffee, and instructed me to park in spot 3 where someone would bring out my order. I was in a rush that morning and now I'm upset because I'll be late. I would give this restaurant a negative 100 if I could. I ordered 5 full meals through DoorDash and received 2 burgers, 1 small fry, and 2 drinks without straws or napkins. When I called the store, the manager Savannah was unhelpful and hung up on us. It took almost 2 hours to finally get a resolution, and I still ended up tipping the driver because it wasn't their fault.

I waited for 40 minutes for my hash browns at 5:40, while the rest of my children were happily eating. They had said it would only take a few minutes. There were no apologies or compensation offered. This indicates poor customer service and clear internal issues within the restaurant.

The restaurant consistently messes up our orders. It happens every time and it's frustrating. I asked for a Big Mac but received a Quarter Pounder instead. My sister also received the wrong order.
