Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Literally does not have high chairs or booster seats and a bunch of random chairs no toddler could sit in to even see the table. When I asked the worker about high chairs he was like irritated I even asked and said just, no. There’s no refills outside the counter and no condiments, was given two ketchup packets for 3 fries and multiple items you would use it for. When I asked for more he told me I already gave you some. I watched people sit for so long without even being greeted and took forever to order. Both of their self service stations were out of order.
Went threw the drive thru with my mom this morning to get breakfast we ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg and one without. I did check the order they got it right however what I didn't notice until I got home was on the egg mcmuffin Half of the bottom Muffin was Cut off why because it was burnt. Look I get that accidents happen However Cutting off the Muffin is not how you solve the Problem. You tell your customers we are so sorry but it will be a minute for your other sandwich Customers pay good money for food WE EXPECT ALL OF OUR FOOD NOT HALF.?? Very Unprofessional ??
Been many times to this Mac Donald's ,have never had any issues .I was not happy with my burger .I ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese .I was served a quarter pounder .The person helping me had it graciously replaced but the new one the cheese was not melted and it had two tiny pieces of bacon and too way big chunks of onion .I threw them both away .I'll just call it an off day .I was just surprised .The changed the counter and added a wall so the workers and the kitchen area can't be seen now .I was happy ,the many times I was here before so Next time ?
in the past, this site had been moderately or less in service, and/or quality. Today we have decided to give them another attempt with the app (not to be there for more than a year. not count rebuild time and it was the best service and quality this location ever had! our eating was hot and served in less than 3 minutes waiting time! we have ordered for our whole family! my wife and I were shocked! I would highly recommend this mcdonald’s!
