Ever since the staff was changed a few years ago, I have had no issues at this restaurant. Millie, one of the managers, is fantastic, and Patricia, another manager, is also very friendly. I don't remember the names of the other managers, but they are all very nice as well. I really enjoy their frappes. The restaurant is clean and the staff is always beautiful. Even though it's a bit small, they have made improvements to make it comfortable. The food is always on point, especially for a McDonald's. You won't be disappointed! I prefer the Ledgewood location (next to Walgreens) over the Dover/Randolph location.
I usually don't visit this one and now I remember why. The lady at the drive up window hands me my soda dripping from all sides. When I asked her for a napkin to wipe it before I put it in my car, with an attitude she puts napkins in my bag and hands it to me before turning around and walking away from the window. Now in one hand I have the bag and the other a dripping drink. Nice customer service. I won't go there again.
Got a quarter pounder and it was raw all the way and all 3 of my fries were thrown in the bag upsidedown. They purposefully turned off their phone so your calls go to voicemail.
I would give this restaurant a zero if I could, but unfortunately that's not an option. There was actually vomit in my burger and hair in my soda. Unbelievable!

Burger was made very sloppy. Halfway out of the bun and wrapped up that way. Fries were under cooked. Like no one cares what they're giving you.
I went to the restaurant for a quick lunch and ordered a couple of fish sandwiches. The price was two for six dollars and they were delicious.
So far no problems with them. The food is always on point and friendly staff from what I can tell.
what should I say? would you like to get delicious breakfast that hashbrown! hot and fresh to go.
