We had ordered to take along and bag was 5 minutes in the rack because the pommes were waiting. For citizens normally not dramatic but the employee then apparently packed an old and a fresh pommes into the bag. Difference obviously. Burgers also looked like thrown. It landed in the garbage and pizza was eaten. Last time in Rheinbach. An evaluation option for the orders in the app would be good, as service and quality vary greatly.
The food in the restaurant is really good, but I could not stop to notice the annoying and unfriendly attitude of some employees. The use of the table service app led to inappropriate comments from the staff. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and takes measures to improve service quality.
Have ordered food via Deliveryando and are completely dissatisfied with the delivery. We ordered 2 menus. Instead of Cola, Cola Light was delivered, the pommes were cold and according to order were quite certain glasses that were not delivered. It wasn't even a replacement. Don't eat there anymore.
Order at the car switch. Waiting 27 minutes until I could give up the order, although only 2 cars were in front of me. I waited 12 minutes directly at the order desk and I've been waiting for the demand for 10 minutes as long as I can order just a wait. Waiting time wasn't okay. Staff wasn't okay.
