Question Ronald Mc Donald!! How do you sit in thedrive-thru for almost 20 minutes and receive not just cold but ice cold fries? You do what the employees do at this location do! Racial profile your customers! You as a group all look at the customer whojust drove up and if you don't like the color of their skin...you hand them a bag of food that's been intentionally left in thecold waiting just for them. At this location it's what African Americans get!! 10 cars behind me 10 cars in from of me. Icecold fries......? Also both my cheeseburgers were ice cold cold cheese cold patties cold everything. This is a place to avoid when you're hungry late at night. They always have some excuse for not having what you want—whether it's the ice cream machine being broken or their system needing a reboot. Sometimes they even say "cash only, no cards." It feels like they either don't want to be bothered or simply don't care about customer satisfaction. If they truly valued their customers, they would make an effort to ensure a positive experience. Back in the day, customer satisfaction was always a priority.
Never have I seen a McDonalds like this. I love it. They don't do curbside pickup, the codes for the app are okayed if I check in store's for where to use the code. People were great, good was as expected, utterly great. This place is a must-go-to even if you don't order McDonalds.

Not very friendly aside from them taking long to give you your order they can't even add salt, pepper, ketchup or napkins. Had to get off and ask and they only gave me a package of salt and pepper 1 ketchup and 1 napkin.
Terrible experience! The oatmeal was just watery with no flavor, and they didn’t provide a spoon or any toppings. My McMuffin even had eggshells in it. The service was really poor. I will never come back here!
Bad! Oatmeal was horrible, just water and nothing else! No spoon, no toppings. Mcmu6 had egg shells. Really bad service. Will never go back to this location again!
I like that they have 2 for $3 deals on items like the McChicken and McDouble. The fries were fresh, although their consistency can be a bit hit or miss at times.

Wow, so impressed, although it was very crowded, got in and out rather fast. Thank you to the folks working there, I am sure they are feeling the pressure.
I thought I would be quicker if I order before on app. It would have been the same time in car. It's McDonald's foods always the same..
