Overall, the service was good. However, the fountain drink I got had a strange liquid on the side that looked almost like blood. Instead of giving me a new drink in a new cup, the staff poured the drink from the same cup into another one. When I mentioned that the liquid on the side might contaminate my new drink, she said it was because she had touched the ice cream machine. I'm fine for now, so fingers crossed.
They dont answer phones, got my order wrong, called them for a while, i even applied multiple times, even walked in, probably management don't care at all, their communication skills lack a lot. If they want motivated people in a spot that isnt persistant, why even have a sign that says hiring now It feels like they judge a book by its cover to fast. Very dissapointed.
Several times, I ordered a Quarter Pounder without cheese, but they ended up giving me a Quarter Pounder with cheese. I only received one patty instead of two. For the chicken nuggets, we also got an extra hamburger by mistake. We ordered two meals but didn’t receive any fries.
They have two drive through areas. One drive through area was taking twice as many cars as the other one. When I got to the window after waiting for 5 cars who were behind me get through and order, I still had to park and wait for my simple order Réservez une table maintenant
I am giving this location one star only because they managed to fix my order. However, the process of getting the correct order was frustrating due to the rude staff and an unhelpful manager. I ended up driving five miles to the next McDonald's.
I ordered a McFlurry with hot fudge, but when I got home, it wasn’t mixed and had no fudge at all. I tried calling the store, but they hung up on me! Terrible service and the McFlurry was disappointing!
During my last visit to the restaurant, the burgers were excessively roasted instead of being grilled. I haven't gone back to find out if they've resolved the issues with their burgers.
I was let down that the play area was closed and that the staff didn't respond to my request for honey. Nevertheless, the food was pretty tasty. Réservez une table maintenant
Timeless! This is the benchmark for fastfood. If there was a room packed full of McDonald's french fries I would eat my way to the center.
