Giving 1 star only because I can't give zero.Absolute incompetent employees have never gotten a single order correct in all the times we've gotten food here. This time we were asked to pull up to wait for fries yet the car behind us were immediately handed fries seconds later then 5 more minutes passed before someone came out and gave us the wrong food outright, I took it back inside and the employee didn't even apologize just said yeah I gave you the wrong food and sat the correct bag down and walked away.If McDonalds wasn't one of the only foods my feeding tube child ate orally then I would NEVER go back and deal with the incompetence that exists in McDonalds employees.
I received terrible service during my visit. Four employees looked right at me but completely ignored my presence. I had to wave my hand just to get their attention, but even then, they continued to overlook me. On top of that, I found a fly in my burger. This experience has shown me that the service here is so subpar that I wouldn't recommend ordering through Grubhub either. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different McDonald's!
2nd night in a row I ordered a deluxe crispy chicken and got a chicken Patti on bread. No lettuce, a little tiny speck of mayo. Basically feel like they robbed me of money at this point. I'd be happy to change my review if someone could contact me but I doubt it as I tried calling them for over an hour when I got home to talk to a manager and the phone just rings and rings
Terrible establishment I placed my order at 9:23 pm was told to pull to a spot they'd bring out my order which they did at 9:45 pm only reason I went was because it's close to work last time I went the burger was very greasy the fries were cold and there was a wait that time too. The purpose of fast food is FAST that place is slow and nasty. Never again. Réservez une table maintenant
My dad had to clean the tables before we ate! Both of the mangers were very unfriendly! the food was very bad wrong orders and even a raw burger unreal!! both of the mangers also had an attitude. we asked where our food was and one of them yelled are you yelling at him. then they threw the bags onto the counter! don’t go here it’s horrible.
The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Occasionally, they might forget something like the sauce or an item to be removed from the burger, but it’s not a big deal. The manager, who usually wears her long hair in a ponytail, deserves applause for her hard work; it feels like she handles almost everything!
Used the app to place order. Was charged a different price then app. The girl even knew I had a free item but still charged me for it. Fast food caused me more time calling to try to correct the issue and having to go back to get refund. If you use app check your receipt you are probably being overcharged
