This location knows how to prioritize and take care of guests properly? with a smile, even! I came here directly after not getting waited on at the 86th Street location. I had been standing at the front counter for eight minutes while the young man did everything except take my order. I was the only one at the counter. I left, came here, and not only did the folks here have me in and out in less time than i waited to get ignored at 86th Street, the young lady at the counter was multitasking between waiting on walk-in guests and talking drive-thru orders. Total rockstar! Thanks for a great experience!
This is the first time I have ever rated McDonald's 5 stars. But fairs fair. First of all it was 12:05 pm as I pulled into a 6 deep double line. I know bad first impression! But I was able to order within minutes 10 to be exact. All up hill from here!Couple minutes later I was paying for my meal. Pulled up to the pickup window and handed my food. My Mcdouble and small fries were hot and showed they were prepared with love. Can't believe I just gave a McDonald's 5 stars. Fairs fair!????????????????????????
Worst place I?ve ever been to!! Been there 4 or 5 times. I?ve waited after ordering at the drive thru 25 minutes to receive my order! They?ve gotten the order wrong 3 times! Went tonight ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and asked the girl at the 2nd window to throw a couple of mayo packets in the bag! She said they?ll come in the bag! Didn?t happen, most worthless place I?ve been to! You won?t see me again! You have no F-ING CLUE THERE!
This McDonald 's is clean and the manager is one of the hardest working women I 've ever seen but they just cannot seem to understand at this location what no cheese means. They get my order wrong every time! I always make sure it comes up correctly on the order board so the problem is happening in the kitchen. Man do I hate cheese on my burgers, ick! I was in the drive-thru when another car pulled up to the adjacent window. I was told to wait, but I sat there for over five minutes without any service. I clearly heard that the other car was being taken care of by the same person. After they were served, they just drove off, leaving me completely ignored. This place is unacceptable.
I want to give a big thank you to the young man at McDonald's tonight. I inquired about just one of the books available with their happy meals, and not only did he not just stop there, but he also gifted me one of each book they had! I now have three new children's books! Tomorrow, I’ll have three very happy girls!
The drive-thru line was extremely long; I spent about 20 minutes just waiting to place my order. I couldn't leave because I was stuck in the line, so it definitely wasn't the fast experience I was hoping for. However, once I finally managed to order, I received my nuggets quickly.
Where do I even start? I ordered the chicken sandwich meal, and it was really disappointing. The chicken sandwich was missing mayo, the fries were bland and lacked any seasoning, and even the Coca-Cola tasted terrible. This has to be the worst McDonald's I’ve ever visited!
