the app has not taken my card. then the card was “decoded” and when I gave money, they gave me the wrong change. I went back because of the wrong change and she gave me the wrong size drink only to wait in the drive for 10 minutes (the load was closed for inside), to argue for me to get the right change, and then only given by the being a dr pfeffer instead of a cok. the drive thru was held even longer because the manager gave me a hard time and the people begin to honking. really a terrible time. when I went, the change was still a dollar short and then when I checked the app of my bank, I was also reliant on it.
The food itself is good, but for some reason, they always forget the second fry in the Happy Meal. They also, never give ketchup with your fries and they don't salt them either. My Large fries came half empty. (and no, they were not fallen into the bag) Also, I can never get the option to add cheese in the Happy Meal hamburger in the app. It's only 4 or 6 piece nugget or a hamburger. The service is good, but very slow. They do not compare to any of the city McDs where they are super fast.
This McDonald's is the best location I have ever been to. The staff is polite, the place is clean, and the food is always served hot. I've never encountered any issues with the food or service. The drive-thru is conveniently located on-site. I find it hard to understand some of the negative reviews; we visit this place sometimes twice a week and even used the drive-thru during the pandemic without any problems. Everyone seems well-trained, which speaks volumes about management.
This McDonald's is the best one of all the stores that I've ever visited, They are polite, clean and the food is served hot . I've never had an issue with the food or service. The drive thru is spot on. I can't believe some of the negative reviews, We come here sometimes twice a week and also used the drive thru during the pandemic and never had a problem with the food, everyone is well trained and that is a good reflection on management .

I have never experienced such outstanding service in my life as I did at this McDonald's. Mike was a true gentleman and absolutely the best. The service was impeccable, and the food was fresh and piping hot—truly the best I've ever had. I picked up my food after washing my hands, and I was incredibly impressed. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for maintaining such excellent work!

I placed my order through the app and opted for curbside pickup. It was quite busy, so I ended up waiting about 10 minutes. The food was good, but when I got home, I found out they had messed up one of the sandwiches.
The services was great the food was delivered to our table. The salad was a great value but lacked tomatoes as there were only 2. The spinach stems were to long. You can pay with Apple Pay when you order inside.

Other than the fact that the speakers are clear, I didn't encounter any issues at all. My orders are always fresh and hot, and their app features some fantastic specials.
