The food was fine, and the drive-thru service was quite quick. However, it didn’t quite meet my expectations for the price I paid. Generally, the service has been good, although there was one male manager who was rather disrespectful. Perhaps he has a good rapport with the staff, but that’s hard to say. Overall, it's a decent place. I get that they tend to be busy, so I'll give them a bit of grace.
The fries were cold after I had to wait 10 minutes in the drive-thru while they prepared my food along with the three cars in front of me. The most surprising part of the experience was when the employee in the yellow shirt unplugged the drive-thru timer and kept pulling customers forward to wait. If you're moving us ahead, why unplug the timer?
Three times is more than enough! After going through the drive-thru, we were asked to wait for our relatively simple order. After waiting more than 40 minutes, I went inside to request a refund. My order was just sitting there, but at that point, I declined to take it. We ended up eating at Raising Cane's without any issues.
Have tried several times and getting the order right a real challenge. The pay collect person also takes orders. Horrible setup to insure bad service. Extremely poor management is demonstrated by poor quality and service. Never know what is in your drive thru lousy service. Rarely get the order correct. Réservez une table maintenant
The restaurant consistently takes a long time with DoorDash orders. The food is never ready by the time the driver arrives, and it usually takes an additional 10 minutes for them to package it up. They should handle DoorDash orders just like regular dine-in orders.
They need to hire more staff at night. McDonald's makes too much money to only have 2 people working the drive-thru at night. We waited two hrs to get a fish sandwich and fries and there were only 2 people working. Its ridiculous ?

I arrived at the drive-thru and was the second car in line. However, the girl in charge directed the car in the other lane to take their order first. As a result, I had to wait about 15 minutes before someone took my order. Réservez une table maintenant
Fast service and nice employees most days. The male manager during the day is professional and very nice !
