Went through the drive thru, and it took over 20 minutes to get our food. We don't know why, but we think we overheard someone saying they skipped making our burgers and then didn't have any quarter pounder meat ready. I've worked at McDonalds, and if that had happened on my shift, I would have done more than just a simple apology. Maybe drop a couple of free pies in the bag or something. But this isn't the first time this location has been super slow, so I guess more fool us.
I placed a mobile order for a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with a round egg instead of a folded one. I ended up paying significantly extra for that egg, but it wasn't included in the order. Additionally, the staff informed me that they were out of bacon, among several other items they mentioned, yet there was bacon on my sandwich. Where did that come from? It felt a bit suspicious...
The play area has been revoltingly dirty the last two times I have been here. The last visit when we came into cafe they told us pos wasn't working and implied we should leave--we had to suggest use of the self service pos, which was working. Low quality sandwiches (chicken sandwich was basically a glorified chicken nugget and fish sandwich was dry--probably freezer burnt).
This location is never crowded, yet they often inform you at the drive-thru that they are not accepting any more orders at that time. If a restaurant can't adequately staff itself, it might be better for them to close so that employees can find better opportunities elsewhere. Server at counter had no common courtesy then disappeared after taking payment. Food was left at counter to pick up and was incomplete. I had to call out for someone to provide the missing items. Again another worker was not polite and actually challenged what was on the receipt but not served. Food was the expected average quality.
Mc’Donald’s continues to disappoint. The new model of ordering on an app or on a screen in the store reinforces their disdain for the customer and desire to only collect money for minimal return. Why are millennials nostalgic for the 1980’s? Because things were truly better.
Disgusting I would never recommend this location to anyone. I received my two McChicken’s, each with a bite taken out of it. I ordered through DoorDash received a fully sealed bag, so it’s clear it wasn’t the dasher.
This is an objectively bad McDonalds. Waited in front of the speaker for 15+ minutes during business hours with a huge line of cars behind me to pick up a mobile order and they just never showed up. Super weird. Réservez une table maintenant
Had a terrible time. There was toilet paper all over the bathroom, the tables was dirty, they Childs play area was also dirty. My child had dirt all over her clothes and my food had been eaten out of.
