Mcdonald's - Réserver une table

Every time we visit, all the tables are dirty, and the seating area is very unclean. At the kiosk, it says they will bring the food to your table, but instead, my order was left on the counter for 20 minutes until I found it myself. I requested warm fries, but they served me the old, cold ones instead of fresh fries. It's quite disappointing.

The staff, from the person taking my order at the drive-thru to the employees at the end of my visit, were all incredibly friendly. I really appreciate their kindness, as it's not something you encounter often. This was at 7:30 a.m. on May 1, 2022.

The food always arrives cold, items are frequently missing, and it seems they don’t pay attention to the orders. For instance, if I request something without salt, I often end up with extra salt instead.
