Food quality and customer service was horrible. Instead of a smile staff gives you a frown.I was expecting an american dine in fast food experience and what I received was a huge discomfort. As I entered panhandlers invaded my personal space and demanded money, drug dealers advertised themselves to several customers upon entering. I would have sat and ate yet the discomfort felt was enough for me to exit this establishment.The security there is not enough. The elderly unarmed security officer is overwhelmed.
my man ordered a steak and bagel sandwich and gave him a speck. when I returned it to get a new sandwich, I started the chef that pulls the speck off and tried to replace it with steak. my man doesn't eat pork products because they make him sick. if I hadn't said anything, I would have spent my night in the hospital. the manager did not tell the employee anything, I'm sorry. will not eat again in the broad st mcdonald.
at first this mcdonald’s is so unprofessional. I call them with regard to one command, and they stopped on me. they sent us raw food on top of and cold they did not offer any solutions to our problems and simply told us to call about when it is her eating. please do not order from here
