very poor service last 3 or 4 times that my daughter in law has ordered online for delivery for the whole family, the entire order was wrong, but if she ordered for herself, my son and big daughter there is no problem. last time my 5 year old big daughter happy eating was completely missing (the main reason for ordering at first place) and my daughter in law had to go to sort it so what was the point, even order online at first place. today my big daughter got her happy meal minus the burger in the so-called hamburger. special orders did have labels on, but what are good the labels when they are left blank! these are just some of the c**k-ups that have experienced my family loading from this...
McDonalds is advertised and heralded for its “Burgers, Fries and Shakes” Well that is except Strood who might as well remove the Shakes, I can’t count how many times the machine has broken down or isn’t working when I’ve gone there but it’s more than...is acceptable for a big chain like this. No notice is put up so your disappointment and frustration or multiplied by the the time you have waited in the drive through to order. This is done for obvious reasons, the staff apologise but it’s not their fault, it’s the management, if you drive, skip this Drive thru and use Medway Valley or near the Medway Tunnel off the Roundabout, no issues there. I would like to thank the manager and staff at Mac Donald’s Strood commercial road) my family and myself, 6 of us , 3 separate households decided to have a Mac Donald’s for lunch, as we’d all been to a boot fair. When we...checked the website it stated “ no orders over £25! So I rang the restaurant, and they kindly allowed me to have a larger order . This meant only me and 1 car instead of 3 cars. I know times are difficult but a bit of sense and excellent customer service go a long way to make our lives easier. Once again thank you and be safe. To all those at Mac Donald’s this morning.
they used earlier and it was consistently acceptable. But two of three times now when they work and the distribution of the sausages n ei muffins theirs was not an egg yolk, that is not a sweat. the trainee or the Jolk-Essener, who is irresponsible, impossible to take back or unwrapped to check before I go. why they do it, because no one will go back or complain. Now, the 4 or 5 of us have found a suitable place to take our business sorry Ronnie his doughnuts to them. Réservez une table maintenant
Only go to this place if you want to be served after all just eat and uber delivery drivers.went to drive through 2 other cars in front none behind and had to wait 15 minutes in car park for my order,after watching just eat and...uber drivers pull up and get their food in front of everbody else,they really need to organise the staff better so all are treated equally or maybe close the drive through and just have delivers from that restaurant.
I visited today and I couldn’t not leave a review at how lovely the staff were. Especially Penny who was very helpful when I amended my order, normally the pay window staff don’t normally talk to much but Penny went out of her way! Also...Sam who brought my food out to the bay was really nice and waited to check all my order was correct. Both ladies made my day. Well done your both doing a good job in these hard times.
