I stopped by for a late lunch and was appalled by what I witnessed. The manager on duty, Chantal, was verbally abusing a customer right over the counter. The details are not suitable for a public review, but it's clear that there needs to be a serious reevaluation of how managers like her are placed in authority positions. This manager should not only be questioned about her work ethic, but she also deserves to lose her job for the foul language and unacceptable customer service she displayed. I always visit these mcdonalds with my children who can never get them, soft ice cone or sinks them always say, sorry not today. bad management always a cue and I wait on the other day for 2 frozen drinks lasted long. how hard it is to get 2 drinks. other people ordered drinks there after us and they got it first how does it work? also they should have more than 1 register open disgusting .verges your act together
Today, the staff were quite unprofessional. While I was there, they were drinking Boost Juice and engaging in loud conversations with each other while music played in the background. They were also on their phones and arguing among themselves, which was very distracting. On a positive note, my food was hot and my order was correct, but I received only half a box of large chips.
The dining experience here is pleasant, and the staff are friendly. Occasionally, there may be some delays, but I don't blame the staff for it, so I usually let it go. I have breakfast nearly every day and truly enjoy the food. I don't understand why some people struggle to get ice cream, as I often see others happily buying it. I highly recommend this place! We were at the queue at 4.55pm. Waited for 1.5-2 min. When it’s our turn, the staff member told me that he can’t take anymore order. My 3 year old daughter only wants the sundae. I’m sure it’s not so hard to make. Refused to take our order. She was very upset. It’s not the first time I had bad experience. I will never ever buy from Cranbourne MacDonald again.
Service was slow, cashier was very uninterested in her job and when I received my order after 5 minutes of waiting I received a warm flat coke that had been sitting on the bench and the ice had melted. I asked for another one and a roll of the eyes I received with a new drink. My chips were soggy and my cheeseburger was cold.
Very poor customer service. Just to place an order took way to long and once I got my order they had forgotten the kids toy in the happy meal. Once we sat down to eat the food was cold and stale Seemed like the oil they cook everything in hadn’t been changed in a while, I would not go back
