McDonald's Family Restaurant

Was really looking forward to going as it was my sons birthday and his choice for dinner. We waited a little bit for our order which was ok but then we had a gentleman mopping the whole floor right next to us. We then went to the playground which is a great space except theres no seats for parents to sit on was a little bit frustrating. Still a good place to go too will still go back.

Order was not as ordered had to return for correct order. Frappe cup was also cracked and started to leak. This was fixed by putting cracked cup inside of new cup. Concerned that there may have been pieces of plastic in drink. Not a great experience, service was slow.

I stayed here on my way to visit my parents who live here. I've been talking to the guys at the checkout for 20 minutes or something they weren't busy. Nice people. See you next time

Got breakfast this morning. And the young girl who took the order at 7.45am was the best ever! Great service, she was clear and very polite. Well done

Maccas is my go to place it has the best food and great customer service I'm hoping to get a job there around June
