Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

I had a great experience at the McDonald's restaurant in Cannington. They have 10 self-service machines, which is convenient during busy times. The restaurant was clean, with staff constantly cleaning the tables. The interior was modern and contemporary, with a variety of seating options including standard tables and chairs as well as long bench style with bar stools. There is a separate enclosed area for those looking to escape any noise, as well as a fully enclosed children's playroom. Additionally, there is a Mac Cafe offering a variety of cakes and sweet treats. Overall, this is a decent restaurant, but I did encounter a few problems during my visit. The owner's daughter tried to defend the restaurant after I made a minor complaint about my drink not being filled up by saying that her father built the place. I quickly corrected her by mentioning that her father was not the one who built the restaurant. It seemed to surprise her. I used to work at a different location years ago and saw a new store being built by my boss. I would have continued working there if I hadn't taken an apprenticeship instead. So, I know the truth and won't be swayed by false claims.

Ordered from breakfast menu...at pick up window the young lady literally shoved the bag of food out of the service window whilst looking up at the next order on the screen. My coffee was also just stuck through the window as well. Not once did she look at me as I said thankyou 3 times, she did not even utter a word either. Very poor on the customer service side. No need to be that disconnected to those who keep the dollars coming in to help pay your wage. A smile, a thankyou or even eye contact is quick and free so remember your service skills please.

I have ordered an Angus Clubhouse Meal from the drive through last week and was given 2 set of 10 chicken nuggets. When I tried to call them for amendment, they just don't answer their phone. So I write on their website to make complain and they basically don't bother with it as there has been no reply. I promise to not order from this restaurant again.-1 star: Wrong order-1 star: Not answering the phone-1 star: Website customer service not responsive.-1 star: I don't like cold and hard chicken nuggets. Went in for coffee and meal. Had a long wait to put in the meal order, not enough staff to cover the people waiting. Tried to order a coffee at the coffee area but was sent back to the waiting queue at the main orders. Then they managed to get the coffee order wrong. Could be they were all learners but it made a mockery of 'fast food'!!

I'm a huge fan! It's one of those restaurants that you could go back again and again and again. Fav dishes: slow cooked lamb (sooooooooo tender) and grilled

Food is as fine as Maccas does. Hard to get a parking spot though. East Vic park Maccas isnt far away though. Love the free wi-fi.

My daughters took the family out for lunch to Brika today and even before reaching the restaurant the smell was awesome.
