This happens to be to worst McDonald's ever the staff are grumpy and clearly don't want to be there and the food is terrible, cold soggy chips that are unsalted with cold gravy pored over the top which I had to pay $8.00 for, this...went with a cold soggy double cheese burger. I live across the road and have been here a couple of times for coffee and food and every time it has been terrible WONT be going back you can't even cook chips right what hope do you have ?? None

The girl on counter did not want to be there . She looked bored and did not smile once in 15 mins. The back indoor eating area needed rubbish removed from all tables but 2. I let the barista know and she said it was...lunchtime and they were busy(? . We finished our meal and no staff had appeared to clear or wipe tables. Maybe the bored looking girl should have been doing this instead of being the face of the restaurant.
Not impressed at all by their standards of customer service. U ask for a sauce u never get and pay for it . The drive thru attendants are always rude never ever say hello .. after ordering through drive thru u get IS THAT IT...What happened to the old days at Macca's where they gave a **** about your order and being polite . Rude as staff who ignore you, including the damn crew trainer...good luck with your future staff. Told manager there were no table service numbers available sat there for 10 minutes and they didn’t top it up. Salad had brown lettuce and forgot the dressing....Total dump.
Went through the drive through and got a coffee. Forgot I needed cash and went inside 30 seconds later but got refused as I needed to make a purchase for this. Got served by the same person both times so they know I made a...purchase.
The deconstructed burger appeared as though it had fallen on the floor and been put back in the box, the fries were cold, and the nuggets were decent. Overall, not worth the money they charge for it. Réservez une table maintenant
This is the best thing that has happened great coffee super service and great value. The coffee gives you the kick start to the day
