The staff at this restaurant consistently make mistakes with even the simplest orders. If you request two apple pies and three burgers with frozen drinks, you can be assured that they will get it wrong 5 out of 5 times. Not only do they frequently mess up orders, but the food is often served cold as well. On one occasion, I ordered a Big Mac with extra sauce and received a burger with no bun and hardly any sauce. It's disappointing that they can't seem to get it right.
the worst mcdonalds I've ever had. every time I go there, my order is either wrong or it is missing. the last time I went there, my burger was not even cooked all the way, some pieces were raw and unusable. packed terrible. and almost always cold. 2 of the 3 times I had not been filled with syrup the alcohol-free drinks, so I was just going to end up with soda water. I'm very disappointed in eating here. drive 5 minutes to kirrawee, eat and service is much better.
I visited this restaurant on Saturday night last, with my wife and two Grandchildren, we couldn't believe how dirty and untidy the place was, dirty tables, trodden chips on the floor, the toilets were third world, a broken seat in the men's toilet, paper all...over the floor, the vanity's was covered in old soap, hadn't been clean for a long time. The whole experience was disgraceful, we will not be going back, and we will be telling all of our friends the same.
To all the staff at Sylvania McDonald's, please consider finding a new job if you are not happy with your current one. As a local, I have always been disappointed by the lack of polite greetings whenever I visit this McDonald's location. Additionally, the drive-through wait times are consistently long, with customers being asked to park in a waiting bay. It is clear that the staff at this McDonald's are not satisfied with their jobs. I fo not know why I continue to go to this place, I guess its local and when shopping at kmart its easy to pop in. The staff here are useless, you never get what you ordered and last night I stood there for over...10mins waiting for 3 sundaes whilst staff just walked around. Upon approaching the counter to ask about said food I had 3 staff members actually walk right past me. Absolutely disgusting place to attend.
My experience at the drive-through was disappointing. It took 18 minutes to receive my meal, and when I finally got it, the burger was cold, the chips were not even in the box they usually come in, and the Fanta was flat. There were also no napkins provided. This was officially the worst McDonald's I have ever been to.
I need to drive from Sydney Airport to Wollongong from time-to-time at various times of the day, and the location is ideal for me to pick up a coffee and bite to eat on the way. 24 hour opening is super convenient. As for the...food, it's Maccas, so you know exactly what to expect (for better or worse).
