Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

we used to only stop at Macdonalds for a triple sausage cheese muffin on the way home for dinner (we're shift workers). We've given up stopping at the Northmead restaurant 'cause they consistently got our order wrong. Since then we were happy ordering and actually getting a triple cheese burger from HJ's at Seven Hills, however, last week they had an issue with their cooker and decided to drive a bit further down the road to Maccas, and yep, like the Northmead store they ballsed it up. Instead of getting a triple, we got a double and didn't realise this until we were long gone. It cant be that hard to make a triple sausage cheese muffin.. could it.?

The service at this McDonalds is rather poor. The staff are often too busy chatting amongst themselves or to their friends to be bothered to serve their customers. When they do serve you, they don't listen so they inevitably get your order wrong.The food is usual McDonalds fare that often looks like they have thrown it into the containers.As this is located in the food court and there are many other places to choose from I would give this McDonalds a wide berth.

Have had Drive through a couple of times. Each time they have forgotten items in the order but charged for them. Very upset child at home when the items were missing. Rang to tell them, very rude. Decided to go to Castle Hill.

Great food and customer service! The crew members were funny to chat with and very friendly. Just a happy and warm environment with free wifi and 24 hour access. Love eating there!!

Got my meal fresh and ready! Customer service was nice and I enjoy buying my food from Seven Hills North McDonald's.
