This was a HORRIBLE experience. 17 minutes in the drive-thru and I was the 3rd car in line. The order-taker charged me for the wrong order and that set-off a chain reaction of chaos inside the store. The car in front of me got the wrong order. I was assured I would get the correct order...and I didn't. 17 minutes. If I could I would give ZERO STARS. I had to nearly demand a receipt from the manager. Lord knows what I was eventually charged.
In this store we had the longest waiting for a drive thru, and we where waiting right in front of the window watch how they ignore us and had my order right there (it was a Happy Meal). There was no ketchup not sauce for the nuggets in the box... and I had to touch the window to ask for it.
I don’t know why this McDonald’s doesn’t like to give people a reasonable amount of ketchup. If any at all. I asked for ketchup and the girl in the window tells me it’s in the bag so I check because it never fails that there’s none. ?
My McDonald's are usually good. Here in Miami, I was disappointed. My spicy nug goods were dried tasteless. Fries were hot. So the main course was not satisfactory. Réservez une table maintenant
It's a Mac Donald's so the food is exactly what you expect. The staff is super nice. My orders are always correct and the milkshake machine is always working.
I usually come to this McDonald?s three times a week the food was extremely cold and I couldn't reach anyone on the phone I? m very disappointed!
Very nice and clean place, great interior, delicious food, we love to come and enjoy hamburgers, chicken or ice cream.

Its McDougals ... stop in for hot or iced coffee. Wish they give non dairy creamer.
