And just a quick note: I ordered this mess for delivery and waited almost two hours to enjoy my plastic-infused feast. Clearly, both speed and quality have taken a backseat here.
I received my order wrong, went and ask the staff and 10 min later went again to check if my correct hamburger was ready… surprise!!! They hand me the exact same hamburger I returned, in the same dirty and greasy box, 10 min after I returned… I saw a girl picking this hamburger from the place where they pack the bags, so the Item I retuning clearly went back to be handed to another customer after all of this…Disgusting to say the least.Terrible service.Dirty restaurant, everything is greasy…
Very poor customer service. No staff available for over the counter ordering. There are staff, but no one seem to care and being ignorant. Very young staff, can tell having a hard time making a chocolate milk or something. They have no clue how to make a coffee, they just made one and throw it in the bin and they were looking stressed. I wonder whether they even know how to clean their hand.
The restaurant was quite dirty, with no clean tables available. I had dinner there, and the dining experience was disappointing given the level of service. The price range per person was $20–$40, which felt excessive considering the lack of cleanliness.
