Mcdonald's Merrimac

Spent 25 mins in this restaurant and the place was disgusting. Managers standing around leaning on the counters chatting on their mobiles. Not one person looked at the state of the sitting areas. Water all over the entrance floor. Food wrappers left everywhere. Left over food on all but one table which we sat at. Only takes one person to fall. Lift your game merrimac. Next time we will go elsewhere not that you will care.

we went there a few times, but each time we go, they fill our order we either have to go back because they have forgotten something in our order or they have added the Burger back in a meal that is my daughter allergic and I always state to take it off, they have no customer service and we have actually only gone to taste their chocolate soft serviettes and I have been fed. I said I wanted 3 soft stations and I got 2

I quite literally just ordered and had to leave as soon as possible, got parked for fries, understandable, but I order 3 burgers and only received 2, and with my order I removed the pickles, it’ wasn’t crazy busy so really nothing to be in issue but Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

had a freky maccas stop before I left yesterday morning. the team works on Thursday, 17th november, in the Brekky layer and deserves recognition. really ace job youngs, delicious and freshly prepared eating. friendly staff, thank you food: 5/5 service: 5/5 atmosphere: 5/5 .more Réservez une table maintenant

Call me old fashioned but I still want to talk to a human sometimes. Everything is automatic now. I asked a staff member for some help with an in app purchase and they didn't know how it worked either. I guess even younger people are struggling with the constant change.

Great place and lovely staffs but: I found staff smelling customer 's food before handing it over to them disrespectful. If mgt can provide at least 1 sanitiser dispenser for customer use, that will be so good! Service: Take out Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

another one, where the order was wrong. I paid $11 for a crispy chicken salad without chicken and the salat was the wrong one and the half of the size! we go next time to jump, continue to drive, but at least they get the order right.

Worst Macca's on the Gold Coast, Unprofessional staff don't know their job, been multiple times to see if it was a one off, most times orders are wrong or missing items, Would not recommend! Train your staff better!! Réservez une table maintenant

Don’t think this store has ever got an order right. Even when confirming they still get it wrong.Also never give you the monopoly packaging
