Just want to say wat a disgrace this mcdonalds store is, my daughter ordered 2 breakfasts with drinks for delivery through the mcdonalds app this morning, when the goods arrived Welll The goods where just 2 drinks AND NO **** FOOD AT ALL This was delivered through Uber delivery this is absolutely disgraceful, HOW the fook does the staff work in there if they do not check they have all the correct items that the customer has ordered, paid for including a delivery charge, and you only end up receiving the drinks I DEFFOVWOULD AVOID EVERYONE using this store for any future deliveries I for will deffo not be Absolutely disgusting service
The fries were soggy, lacking salt, and the food appeared to have been mishandled in the kitchen. It is disappointing that the staff cannot properly cook the frozen ingredients or show care when preparing burgers. The prices are not low enough to justify this lack of quality, and if any other restaurant served similarly poor food, patrons would likely boycott it. It is a wonder that this McDonald's location remains in business, as it may be one of the worst in the UK.
absolutely pathetic customer service. over half of our order was completely missing, and what we did receive was stone cold. contacted just eat customer service, and could only refund, not replace the missing food. so i contacted the business, who refuse to replace the missing food, and was incredibly rude. definitely do not recommend, and will only be ordering from the other 2 mcdonald’s in the future.
The restaurant consistently provides poor service, with food that appears to have been carelessly thrown into containers. The takeaway drivers loitering and parking in disabled spaces create a tense atmosphere. I visited twice last week and had to wait 10 minutes for my food the first time and 35 minutes the second time. This is unacceptable for fast food and is quite disappointing.

Ordered breakfast at work through the mcdonalds app. Food said delivered which it wasn't. Ended up being passed round 8 different phone numbers with neither mcdonalds or uber accepting any responsibility. Immediately closed down my ober one, won't use uber again, uber eats or mcdonalds again. An absolute new bar raised in shocking customer service.
Staff manners and customer service is nothing short of a zero. We were greeted by an umpa lumpa who was rather rude, had no customer service skills what so ever and looked an absolute show. Miserable and couldn’t be bothered basically. Teach your staff some manners!!!
I waited an hour and a half for my order and half of it was missing never going to order from this mcdonalds again and i'm sill waiting form my money to be returned. If your wanting mcdonals then go to a different on.
Yeah, easy to get to and you know what you are going to get. It's all in a very ordinary experience with egg that didn't look or taste like egg and bacon and sausage patty that really was bland.

Grace and Tanisha provided fantastic service for me, a person with celiac disease, and my picky family. They were polite and understanding.
Rubbish I know it's only fast food but this by far the worst Macdonald's I have ever had never again complete and utter sh#t.
