McDonald's is a system restaurant, meaning you should expect a certain minimum standard in each of their restaurants. Unfortunately that doesn't apply here... The last time we were given more sauce for the Big Tasty menu upon request, and last week that was suddenly no longer possible. Somehow every employee says something different, or at least gives that impression. The lady then stubbornly tried to lead us back to the self-check machine and didn't really listen. She was very confident and tried to show my colleague how to order three times in a row. We asked her to show us specifically where to order more sauce. your knowledge; is not possible... wow! It's bad when frontline employees can...

This McDonald's only causes problems. You have to check the order every time. Nowadays you can no longer even rely on the notes with the menu adjustments. Very dangerous if someone has an allergy and doesn't look at the food carefully beforehand. If you complain to the staff you will get eye rolls and unfriendly employees. By far the worst customer service I have ever received. Apart from how much money was already lost on food that you couldn't eat.

Every time I come to this McDonalds there are always problems. I pay automatically and either there is no paper in the machine or the staff loses the order. incredible. Today was the last straw for me. Basically just a McDonalds like you can find everywhere. Neither good nor bad in comparison. However, it is very pleasant because, compared to other restaurants in Frauenfeld, it is open until late at night. So ideal for nighttime hunger.
