The employee who brings the ordered items to the table could show a little more enthusiasm. But you can see straight away that many of them don't feel like it. No greeting, no thanks and goodbye... Just a grim look. Very unsuitable for the catering sector. Food is like any other McDonalds

Such cheekiness. I've been here in the rotz booth for an hour and haven't gotten my food, despite asking twice. Also, the staff can't speak German or English. In the end, the staff would rather go have a smoke than bring me food. And then this child's birthday...
