McDonald's Restaurant

I was at Mc Donals Chur today, March 30, 2024. I ordered to eat here. When my number was called my food was in a bag. When I told the blonde lady that I had ordered to eat here, she simply handed me the bag. Very indecent and disrespectful. Thanks to the nice young man, I still got a tray. After dinner I wanted her name for an internal complaint and she wouldn't give it to me. I couldn't quite make out the name that was on the name tag. It was something like Razika or something.

Ordered via Order Pay didn't work for the first time. The unfriendly staff didn't care as we had to place a new order but the redeemed bonus points were taken away.

Drive-thru orders are a matter of luck... In the last three orders, the food served wasn't what was ordered and once it wasn't complete...

The staff are very friendly. This branch is always busy at lunchtime. There is enough parking space across the street. Réservez une table maintenant
