Mcdonald's Restaurants

I ordered food worth of from McDonald's using Uber Eats, a service that McDonald's utilizes and pays for. Despite paying a delivery fee, the food arrived freezing cold, missing condiments, such as straws for drinks. Additionally, drinks were spilled everywhere. I informed the driver that I could not accept cold food and requested he return to McDonald's to bring me fresh food. However, the driver did not understand and could not assist. If it weren't for the staff (primarily speaking of the late night crew) at the Barking McDonalds, I don't know that I would give this McDonalds anything truly positive. Food is typically mediocre and chips are quite commonly cold. What was a poor layout from...the long corridor to the counters (and staff constantly yelling at people to get into a register queue instead of serving everyone ... get this ... in o-r-d-e-r, which was a prime advantage with the corridor), they have now gone to the Ordering Boards and ONLY ONE queue for ordering with a staff member. So, now I have to put my hands on a board where other, potentially sick people are putting their hands to place an order. I don't thin...

You only have working till to order food so the queue was very long. The staff don't seem to care. The building has been modernized and now has less seating and two main doors which keep letting in all of the cold air.

I had a great experience at this McDonald's! The restaurant was spotless, the employees were welcoming, and the free wifi was a bonus. We also received our food quickly. It was the perfect dining experience!

Hungry so stopped in old faithful, staff were very friendly and helpful, restaurant was clean and have free charging and wifi and computers to use.
