We visited this particular McDonald’s a bit later in the evening due to arriving back home late and not having the energy to cook. The drive thru and the car park was more a less empty so we were served fairly quickly by an unmotivated member of staff. It was myself and another car in the drive thru at the time and we waited near enough 5 minutes for our order, (we appreciate it takes time specially with our being later in the evening, and were looking forward to it maybe being freshly cooked), but unsurprisingly the food was low quality and definitely not worth the £25+ that was spent. They forgot items of our order, and we didn’t notice until we got back home, and by that time we were sett...
Against my better judgement, I was in a hurry and couldn't afford the time to go to the springkerse restaurant, so thought will try Alloa one more time. Maybe management and franchise owner had sorted it out. Got my food, nearly died trying to get out of the car park onto the main road as I never had enough room to turn the car enough to safely enter the left side of the road (sorry to the person driving the other way that had to stop for me to get out) Drove home (2 mins) food was freezing. Chips were solid like cardboard and stone cold. Tubs of cold sauce was all over my chip packets... Why do they do this? Cold sauce tubs on warm chips... It's not rocket science to know this is not right....
I ordered food from McDonald's through Uber Eats and found the experience to be fine. However, when I received my £28 order, all of the drinks were incorrect. The dips were wrong and the food presentation was lacking. The chips tasted like they had been reheated and the portions were smaller than expected for the size I ordered. When I called the McDonald's in Alloa to address the issue, they blamed Uber Eats for the mistake. I pointed out that they had packed the order and stapled my address to it, but the staff member did not ask for the order number or my address. When I got home the wrong meal was in the bag but I was so hungry I ate the chicken nuggets instead of my burger which I didn’t get , when I went back I spoke to the manager about my meal , no apologies just he was rambling on about m eating the nuggets, so I’ve never been back I used to go to them at least twice a week not not so kfc is getting my business now a wee bit more expensive but the quality is superb, and when u eat a burger you feel like you’ve had a meal not like a McDonald’s meal uve just had and then u say I could go that again lol I’ve lost my business because of a stupid manager who has no customer quality at all bye McDonald helo kfc Réservez une table maintenant
I passed the car park today and nearly had to crash my car off the road. A car pulling out of the McDonald's car park to the left basically swung his car right out on my side of the road and I had to swerve to avoid him. I had my kids in the car and we all got a big fright. Basically there is not enough space in the car park to manoeuvre the car to create a safe bit of space to pull onto the road safely. Management, it's only a matter of time before you are liable for a death. Sort it out!!!
After using the drive-thru at this McDonald's, we were instructed to park and wait for our food to be made. Typically, you would expect your food to be hot and ready to eat in this situation. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The Grand Big Mac was cold, and the Mc crispy was actually Mc soggy. The presentation of the food was also lacking, and it seemed as though Stevie Wonder himself had assembled my burger. I was not impressed with the experience and do not look forward to returning.
The staff member at the first window was very pleasant, and the manager, with ginger hair at the second window, was very professional. Despite not catching her name, she handled a customer complaint about the taste of their coffee with calm and professionalism, replacing the drink without issue. To the customer causing a scene over a drink, please refrain from doing so. Well done, Alloa McDonald’s.
Out of three plain cheese double burgers only one was plain two had as my grandson says mush on them, tried to scrape as much off as I could but they could still taste it, two drinks and no straws with them. I had the crunchy chicken wrap sorry had better couldn’t eat it. Will not be back again . What a disappointment. Réservez une table maintenant
As with most times I’ve gotten home to parts of my order missing, but with how busy the queues are you don’t get the time to check your order before leaving. Utterly disappointing, you’d think reading from an order screen it would be pretty easy to put the correct products in the bag!!
