Mcdonald's Restaurants

Ordered meal and stood in queue to collect, there were 9 delivery drivers all waiting on orders, after 20 minutes some of the drivers had returned and I was still waiting, they seemed more interested in getting delivery orders out than waiting customers, after 30 mins it finally was ready I had to dodge my way through delivery drivers to get to my table, ridiculous that the place was heaving during a pandemic with no distancing whatsoever. Won't be back.

My family and I decided to go through the drive-through today. We were pleased as the staff were polite and friendly. As a vegetarian, the vegetarian options were excellent! I was extremely satisfied! We ordered mozzarella dippers to share but when we opened the bag to realise there was no mozzarella dippers, my family and I were slightly underwhelmed. I would recommend if you’re wanting to get a quick meal.

not a great experience, ordered eating, had waited for almost 20 minutes, while another 20 ppl were ordered while we waited. I have eaten, child's meal was cold, went to ask for warm eating, lady assisted was always fresh eating, while another worker rolled her eyes on me to see what 's this woman problem now! . in this load is the customer service refreshment course very important.

We popped in to this branch for a change, the service was great. The servers were very polite and greeted you when you arrived at the drive thru and we were served in no time. The food was great, very warm with fresh lettuce and plentiful portions of fries, the boxes were filled to the top. Certainly a far cry from what you get at the Irvine branch. To begin with, the food was served incorrectly not once, but twice. Additionally, the staff and manager showed little concern for the fact that there were customers yelling and smoking in the restaurant. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

The fries were not cooked properly and the burgers did not resemble the pictures shown at the ordering point. The packaging was subpar and we experienced a long wait for our order. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory.

Food delivered late, food was stone cold and hot drinks were cold too. And shock horror restaurant doesn't answer the phone! Place is absolutely useless, either something missing from order and now sending out cold food.

I went to McDonald's to relax and enjoy brunch with a friend. We stayed for more than 1.5 hours and later received a £100 parking fine. What a way to treat loyal customers! I will not be returning. Réservez une table maintenant

it was busy, but the staff was very efficient I had the enkelin and her 2 kumpels sat with me we sat on an outside table everywhere was clean no rubbing or paper lay over a joy to eat

One of the better McDonalds I’ve been to recently with decent enough food and friendly staff. Busy but clean. Would visit again.
