Mcdonald's Restaurants

I usually eat at this McDonald’s as it is my local and I found that they always put care into the quality of food they produce. I wish I could say the same about the customer service they provide. Every time I walk into this McDonald’s I see the same employee called Sable with a frown on her face looking as if she does not want to be there. However what drove me to right this review was the terrible service she gave to a poor old lady and her grandson. I noticed that Sable was standing doing absolutely nothing just staring into space while this poor lady had to wait to be served for a few minutes let me add that sable glanced over at her but decided to ignore the fact she was there. So this mcdonalds is quite a strange experience you order you're meal then you wait and I do mean wait for nearly half a hour and when you do get you're meal which they shout you're order it already cold fries cold burger cold not a good experience and it's on one of the main streets in Dundee so you get cigarette smoke rafting threw the door oh well never again so hey,ho.

I ordered a wrap and when I went to eat it, I discovered that it wasn't properly folded at the bottom. All of the contents fell out and landed on my floor. My dog came in and ate the filling of the wrap, leaving me with an empty wrap and still feeling hungry.

It was quite nice overall the fries where cold and they forgot the drink and they spoke unclearly and the customer service was not the best

Ginger Steff is the best McDonald's employee ever! She is incredibly nice and friendly, and she deserves nothing but the best.
