Slow Service and Rude Staff Food cold so why do I spend £20 to £40 a week at this food chain?! Pre ordered online well before arrival. Code given at 1st and 2nd booth,at 3rd window lady said 5 min wait go to bays! The place was v quiet so I politely asked what was causing delay.. with that she made a load comment and had a big Strop in front of me. A supervisor came to window polite and asked me same to proceed to wait area. I asked same q's she informed me it was delay on quarter pounder? I visited this restaurant today with my daughter and grandchildren. Whilst waiting for our food a staff member who was Handling uncooked burgers lining them in a tray then emptying them into a blue bag in a pull out metal draw, I was horrified when he realised he has earlier dropped one on the floor and instead of putting it in the bin next to it put it in with the bag with the burgers to cook. I immediately reported this th the supervisorJames how was not only dismissive and continued to let the burger be cooked and sent out instead of removing the entire bag straight away. Visited alcester mcdonalds today 6/823 to get a milkshake for my mom who has Parkinson’s. She loves the banana ones atm! No milkshakes at all at alcester branch, and no banana here! Multi billion pound company that can’t organise a p**s up in a brewery! Realise there all franchises so I guess there all just individually poor. Wont be returning always rammed here so making a killing whilst providing a v poor service. Drive on to next McDonald’s won’t be waiting 30mins in the queue and they may have milkshakes
Possibly the worst service and food we have had in a long time! We waited for an order which had been forgotten so we had to go into the restaurant to see what was going on. They didn't even give us an explanation and just remade the food again which wasn't even fresh! Chips weren't fresh,burgers were made wrong and the worst part was ..it wasn't even a busy night!! This McDonald's used to be such a good McDonald's but now it's gone downhill!! Management is poor too!

Having arrived as a party of 8 probably just has they had opened we were welcomed with a smile and no thing was too much trouble o asked for my drink to be put in my Travel cup for the onward journey which they did they even washed it before renewing the coffee.food was standard but it set us up for the rest of the day.Really good access to the M6 with ample parking.will stop here again when in the area.
We were advised that there were no fountain drinks or milkshakes available when ordering so had to order a bottled drink. When we pulled up to the second window we could see fountain drinks being served to other customers inside the restaurant. My dad was very upset he couldn’t get his milkshake. Not angry, just disappointed. Actually my dad was angry.
Don’t usually go to this McDonald’s. Service was good and facilities clean and tidy. It’s a bit awkward getting out of the car park turning right back to the motorway . Plenty of parking
The food is excellent and the staff are so helpful and kind. Out of all the McDonalds in Worcestershire..this one is by far the best one! It puts Worcester and Malvern to shame!

Food always hot and the staff are organised and able to provide a good timely service. Convenient location just off the M5.
As usual they had no milkshakes or McFlurrys. Absolutely useless and dreadful service and attitude.
