Mcdonald's Restaurants

Very bad service. Waited a while after ordering. Its always something at this mcdonald's. Always a problem or a issue. They don't have what you ask for. The food was horrible. Fries were cold. Chicken nuggets over cooked and my caramel latte was disgusting and it was running down the sides of my cup all I had sorry I don't have very good skills doing the cream on the top. My reply there's a mess ain't it. Wasn't bothered to change it and walked away I then had to wait to ask for serveates which they never give you any you always got to ask. Port Talbot mcdonald's you need to shape up. You're customer service is very bad.

With some trepidation as it was BH called in for tea today. Really quick service, excellent, friendly, polite, staff ,who had probably had a very busy day. Meals ordered, were a steak stack and crispy chicken, both very well presented, hot and so tasty. Both were well cooked, crispy, fresh lettuce, onion, relish, bun , all really good. Chips excellent. Beverages were fine and finished off with a cream egg mcflurry, which was well mixed and so good. The whole experience and cost was a delight. Thanks so much all the staff for a great experience.

Well what can I say, went last night, my daughter wanted the new chicken fiesta, not available she was gutted, wanted the new drink, not available, both ended up ordering a wrap, waited absolutely ages, complained, they'd given my food to someone else, then offered me two large drinks lol, went to order Mc flurry, surprise surprise not available, absolutely atrocious and staff weren't bothered x

Poor service today. Side salads x 3 had no tomatoes ! No balsamic dressing, no accompanying sauces, that were ordered on the app either. When in the drive thru, you are very aware of people waiting. Next time I shall question the server before leaving the premises to ensure the order is correct. Not great !! Disappointed!! Réservez une table maintenant

We ordered a side salad to try because I always wonder how good/bad it will be. Don’t bother ordering one though, it was an utter waste of a box. Lettuce mainly, seriously won’t do that again. Parking is also always an issue, cars everywhere, reversing, trying to park, trying to leave in such a small area..

Been here plenty of times, the tablets are never charged for kids, i can't remember the last time the milkshake machines were working!!! Constantly get orders wrong. The place is not run well at all and definitely not well maintained

There is always something wrong with the order from here. Something missing or incorrect item. The service is awful. The managers need to seriously start making changes. Will not go there again!!!

Paid for 9 Chicken Nuggets only got 6 couldn't check before I drove away as chips were piled on top of everything else even though the chips should be packed separately Réservez une table maintenant

Stone cold food and melted McFlurry poor excuses from delivery driver claiming it was busy but was parked up after checking poor poor poor never again

Visited this shambles of a McDonald's and once again no hot drinks available, no mc flurries and an absolutely clueless staff
