Mcdonald's Restaurants

Never arrived , ordered KFC which didnt arrive but was but was marked as delivered so placed order with McDonald’s but again marked as delivered and not received Driver or MAP was driving round and round. I do not think that the Just Eat app and drivers have the same information. No one tried to ring. I’ll get information again. I failed delivery money paid upfront with Just Eat. This is a pooling outcome for a massive company, this is the first time in less than a week and twice in consecutive holders today

my driver went to the wrong address and I had to send my postcode and a picture of my door after being on the phone for 20 minutes having to help them find my address when not a single other courier has a problem with finding my door. Once my food gets here it is cold and my drink had been slightly spilt. I am appalled.

Driving dropped bag of food and bag was ripped and most of order was missing, sent driving back to restaurant to get new order as I didn’t accept this is unacceptable

Very quick delivery and first class food! Hot and well prepared. Very impressed at the speed of delivery, never had it this quickly. Thank you Réservez une table maintenant

Wrong order items delivered. Received two coffees and some pancakes that we did not order.

I would like my money back. In full. The food was cold. Stuff missing. Not impressed.

drink spilt and food all over the inside of bag, nice one driver
