Never again will we visit this McMenamins. We like the chain usually and know that you don 't go there to get fast service. However, no matter how slow, the staff at other locations are very sweet, relaxed, and nice. NOT HERE. Not only did it take almost an hour and 20 minutes to get acknowledged, seated, and fed, we were treated extremely poorly. As if we were a nuisance by just existing. We came to a restaurant looking for food and beverages. How DARE we?!? While there I saw at LEAST three other couples arrive, be ignored, and walk back out without notice. They were quite busy, but we 've been to other McMenamins which were equally busy and had no problem doing their jobs and being kind. I...
A normal dinner. Nothing unusual. Drove here especially for the Brat, Sauerkrautplatte mit dem Bierkäsefondue. Unfortunately, the menu last week changed and we did not see this change online. The busts were no longer available. The menu is dominated by burgers and salads. Beer and wine, of course, as they are a pub. The pulled pork sandwich was a 5 out of ten. The burger was 5 out of ten. Meat could be fresher. Not so dry. The perpetrators were overcooked. The Caesars Salad was almost a white salad of Romain Salat was from the center and had little green. It won't come back.
I visited this restaurant with a friend for a meal and drinks, and we had a fantastic experience. Shayla was our server and bartender, and she truly made our night special! She mixed the best apple martini and mocha martini we've ever tasted. In all our years, she's the most attentive server we've encountered. Honestly, we went in expecting a typical night out but left feeling even happier than when we arrived! I don't know what Shayla's salary is, but she definitely deserves a raise! Thank you!
I placed an order through DoorDash, and after I received confirmation, the DoorDash driver arrived at the restaurant. However, the only response they received was that they still didn’t have a tablet to accept orders. Nobody reached out to me, and my order was never canceled. This establishment showed no accountability and seemed indifferent to the situation. Réservez une table maintenant
The restaurant had a calm atmosphere during lunch. They offer an excellent variety of bourbon and beer. The service was top-notch. I only ordered some appetizers, including onion rings, Cajun tater tots, and a cup of tomato-apple bisque with coconut curry. Everything was delicious. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.
