Mcwethy's Tavern - Réservation de table

This restaurant is perfect for bringing the family. Our server was very attentive. I ordered the French Onion Soup and Patty Melt, both of which were amazing and clearly made with fresh ingredients. The only improvement I could suggest is adding more cheese to the soup and baking it longer. A great perk was that our kids ate for free. I am definitely going to return to try more of their dishes. They also have a fantastic bar with a wide variety of options.

Literally the Best Cuban sandwich I?ve ever had! (Was happy/lucky gluten free bread was available! Everyone else at our table for 7 also raved about their food! Atmosphere was good, waitress also good, though it took some time to get our good, it waswell worth the wait! Lovely view, so we decided to stay after lunch. At that point between the bar and an outdoor table, weseemed to fall thru the cracks? but over all, very good!

The restaurant offers breathtaking views and five-star food combinations! Upon entering, it's like experiencing a blend of old world architecture and modern cuisine all in one space. The food was exceptional and the service was impeccable. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area!

We had noticed the sign from the highway for years and finally decided to stop. Everything exceeded our expectations from the speciality sangria, cheese curds and crab cake, local listed ingredients on the menu, and wonderful views. Amazing food and great service! Enjoy! We arrived in Chicago and saw your advertisement on Highway 55, which led us to your restaurant. The food, ambiance, and service were all amazing. We will definitely be returning in a few days. What a great way to start our anniversary vacation!

Love this restaurant!! Excellent food, great decor and fabulous views. The staff is very attentive. My favorite is the pick two luncheon special. The tuna is delicious! Love the chicken and rice soup.
