Restaurant is extremely small space I do recommend management does a better job communicating with patrons when they enter (it was completely disorganized and no one seemed to provide clear directions to anyone). Overall, really enjoyed the food here. Would not recommend the potatoes seemed days old, dry, cold. However, the grits were AMAZING hot, buttery, creamy, seasoned amazing. Bacon and eggs were good. Banana Nut Waffles were ok. With the name Banana nut waffle, I expected the banana, nut, and any flavoring to be incorporated into the waffle mix. However, it was a plain waffles topped with fresh banana and pecans so for those who don’t mind that you’ll love it, but I wasn’t a fan of it....
I want to clarify that I'm not complaining about the food—it was good—but the customer service from the older staff at the front was lacking. It's a shame because it was the younger employee who ended up assisting me today.
I don't know if anyone really pays attention to these reviews, but I would really appreciate better customer service from such a fine establishment. I love you all at M Dears! The food was beautifully comforting, reminiscent of the meals you'd enjoy at your grandma's house. The angel biscuit paired with the peach cobbler preserve is a must-try! I also grabbed some desserts to take home, and the carrot cake was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. My server, Ray, I believe his name was, was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely stop by again whenever I'm in the area!
I went there primarily for the sweet potato pancakes. I also had the potatoes and sausage, which came with onions and bell peppers. Just a heads up, breakfast is served until 1:45 PM! In the end, I decided to try the salmon over a spinach salad with balsamic dressing, and I really enjoyed it.

Food was not seasoned as expected. Requested addition of seasoning and still couldn't taste the flavor. Although most things are very good. Just had an issue with the way the fish were seasoned. Also wish they would add turkey chops
Absolutely fantastic fried chicken. I hadn’t found really anything that could hit the spot. Lots of places claim southern roots but this place, my goodness, crispy and juicy. Just right. Owner was super friendly too.
This place is fantastic! I rate it 5 stars because the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The atmosphere was very inviting and full of warmth.
The waffles and fish are good. This can be a hit or miss spot, depending on whom is managing the kitchen that day. Still a homey feel restaurant to check out.

We had a large group, and they sat us in the back lounge. The food was good and it did not take the chef long to prepare our meal.
