it was nice to come here to the caffe, since it began years ago as a little kiosk. Unfortunately, it is as many other garden center esseries, lost their character. we had to show on our table, no problem with it. it was sprayed with disinfectant. the person then left us the menu and we were totally ignored for 25 minutes- the place was not so busy and there was personal. we have gone and the personal has not even tried to come and see why. we went to another caffe near with delicious cakes and smiling staff.
I came here with my horticultural group today for a tour of the facilities and stopped by the restaurant for lunch and was very impressed. We could not fault the service and the attentiveness of the staff, namely the waitress called Chelsea who was more...than helpful and went above and beyond to cater for so many of us. The food was tasty and arrived quickly at our table we will definitely be returning! Thank you for a lovely day.
hallo this place went down hill a little so stopped gong for a dae but we just enjoyed a fabulous brunch stack! wow it was so delicious, very hot and much it for £7.99 great coffee and service too. .staff are always beautiful) just something I would mention is the covers for the outside seats bring back well done meadowcroft x
Absolutely outstanding customer services, both my wife and I throughly enjoyed our breakfast and drinks. To top it of we had a stunning homemade cake made by one of the members of staff. From start to finish we was made extremely welcome and was attend...to our every need. Would most definitely recommend and return. Réservez une table maintenant
we visited here for the first time in a house because of covid. we were very glad we left. the lunch was delicious and served without a long wait. personal very friendly and efficient. all the tables, chairs and high chairs were sanitary as soon as possible. how people were done. well done. will visit soon
Nice straightforward garden centre cafe. Good food, well cooked, friendly, helpful staff. (The actual garden centre is excellent great plants, plus various special events over the year. Lot of money has been spent recently and it shows in the space/facilities now available).
Called in recently for garden shopping and breakfast at the cafe. The service was excellent, quick and efficient. A very satisfying breakfast set us up for the day. Good quality ingredients and cooked to perfection, all in a very pleasant setting within the garden centre.
