Meal Of The Day Cafe

We hope to dine in once it is available, this is an absolutely adorable mom and pop type family place right on Lake St. My daughter attends Loyola and has been wanting to try their steak tacos. We called in and explained we are gluten free and diary free. My daughter did get her steak tacos with added rice. I ordered chicken enchiladas with added black beans. We were both very happy with our meals and look forward to going back. The hostess was very kind and helpful with our allergy needs. Enjoy!!!

A really delightful place! Fast and flavorful food, generous portions at a reasonable price. I felt as if I were dining in a friend's home, Staff were welcoming and eager to please, I felt like I was treated as a member of their family.Food: 5/5

I love this cafe! I have had the absolute best spiced chai lattes here and love how they keep the menu fun and interesting.
