Ils n'étaient pas mauvais et chacun était polie dans une bouchée. de de J'ai commandé le Mont Blanc qui était un dessert de chocolat et de châtaignier avec la meringue. C'était très joli. Measure didn't live up to the hype but overall it was a pleasant experience. The service was fantastic and staff were very knowledgeable. We started off with the beignets with salted gula melaka. They were not bad and each one was polished off in a mouthful. I ordered the Mont Blanc which was a chocolate and chestnut dessert with meringue. It was very pretty. Disappointing though as the chocolate cake was dry on its own and the chestnut component was just a tiny mouthful and not prominent enough. New dessert bar in Perth, recommended making a booking to get seats while it's still a new thing. Price is a bit dear at $20 a dish, but I reckon they're worth it. I think they have thought quite carefully on the menu, not to serve flavours that are commonly found in other places. Flavours like thyme, yuzu, chestnut and mandarin make an appearance. All desserts were beautifully presented and photo worthy! Taste wise, not too sweet, many textures and components. My favourites were the Lemon & Thyme, Pear Rice Pudding and the Early Grey - unique flavours in my kind. A place you'd wanna come back to try all options.

Le personnel ici est vraiment incroyable! Ils montrent le professionnalisme et le modèle d'industrie de l'hôtellerie qui est difficile à trouver ces jours-ci. de de Nous voyons souvent un personnel d'attitude dans un lieu populaire mais pas à la mesure. Big applaudit à la direction et à l'équipe. de Nous sommes là à quelques reprises et nous allons y aller à coup sûr.
Not the greatest pics, but three of the four selections. I can only say amazing! Better than a few flash places in Sydney and Melbourne by "renowned" chefs that employ only the best pastry chefs! Well done, I will be back and now that you are doing small plates of savory, I'll be back sooner. Also, the cocktails were top notch!
Staff here are really amazing! They are showing the professionalism and model of hospitality industry which is hard to find these days. We often see quite attitude staff in a popular venue but not at MEASURE. Big applauds to the management and the team. We have been there a few times and will keep going back there for sure.
