It was a blast. I brought my family, ages ranging from 35 to 8. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The food was hot, and large portions. Most of us couldn't finish the food. The servers were nice and great at their job. The only thing that was difficult was the speakers made it difficult to hear everyone talking. You could still follow along to the cues and everything though. Definitely a fun night out! Vegetarian options: They had a vegetarian option. Kid-friendliness: Very kid oriented. They interacted with my kiddo, and she had the time of her life. I always pay close attention to customer service, and I have to say, it was outstanding here! I was very pleased with the experience. I loved that we didn’t even need utensils for the food. While the food was just okay, it was still enjoyable, and my kids ate every bite! It was so much fun hearing them refer to you as “my lady” and “my lord.” The show was really impressive and well-rehearsed. I had some reservations about bringing my 6 and 8-year-olds, but they absolutely loved it and I appreciated how well it kept them entertained! Just be prepared to spend some money; it's definitely worth it for a once-in-a-lifetime treat!
If you have any dietary restrictions, don't worry—they are able to accommodate your needs. Parking is available in the mall parking lot, but we spent some time driving around before we found a spot. The show is very family-friendly, making it a great outing for children. As for the service, it was excellent. We enjoyed a dine-in dinner, and the price per person ranged from $50 to $100. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars. Just keep in mind that finding a parking spot can be somewhat challenging, but there is free parking available in the lot.
This experience was fantastic! I visited this place for my birthday, and it had been quite a while since my last medieval-themed event back in middle school. The staff was wonderful, and the cast did an incredible job; they were truly entertaining. I was playfully crowned the birthday queen, even though I’m a guy, but I embraced it and everyone enjoyed the moment. I definitely want to make this my new birthday tradition! The service was equally impressive—attentive and friendly, also deserving of a 5. Finally, the atmosphere was charming and inviting, making for a perfect setting to enjoy a lovely evening out. Overall, I highly recommend this place for dinner!
Great show, food and drinks. If you don't like eating with your hands, take utensils with you. There is really no bad seat in the venue so no real need to pay extra for better seats or faster access. Easy parking, a lot of souvenirs, lots of drinks, and great staff all around. It took over 20 years to make it to a show and it was worthwhile.
This place is absolutely fantastic! It was truly one of my best dining experiences ever. The conversation, the food, the atmosphere, and the show were all incredible (in the best way possible). We had an amazing time! I highly recommend the VIP seating – it's the best! Food: 5/5.
