I had stayed at the Lindenhotel before, so it was definitely worth a stay. For people who use the train to Münster or Enschede (NL), the location right at the train station is unbeatable. The noise pollution caused by the regional diesel train is also limited. The room and bathroom are sufficiently large and, for once, offer plenty of space for luggage, and it's worth the price. The breakfast is very good and varied. But: The owner apparently makes do with the staff shortage in the hotel and catering industry with temporary help on a €400 basis, in any case there were (5) different staff there every day, some of whom hardly spoke any German. The reception was rarely staffed. The second complaint is the lack of soundproofing, less from the rooms than from the hall. Since there was also a group in the hotel at the weekend, one could speak of nocturnal disturbance of the peace. Soundproofing the hall would be desirable. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
