if there are only six guests in the restaurant in the day of a Friday evening, we believe that we now know the reason.The local has a beautiful ambiente and a friendly, competent and equally attentive and expert service. at first there was very good brot with butter, then a "gruß aus der Kitchen":a mussel - saffronsüppchen. a very good start that made hope for more.Then the appetizers: the jacobs were in order, the dish "longustinen (1) in light curry sauce on Miso vegetables" was completely overwürzted and salted. the corresponding note of the gastes was taken to knowledge, otherwise remained without consequences.In the main dishes there were "steinbuttfilet mit herbsttrompeten, kürbissauce and quinoa". the court was in order, but - like all sauces - very fat. I have to be able to deal with it. the second dish - seeteufel - was once again salted.A no one was desserts - plentiful and good. Conclusion: only for lovers of a rather fat kitchen. Price/performance did not vote on this evening, which was on the oversaturation. Too bad - but perhaps the chef was not there this evening.

pas facile à Gütersloh de trouver un restaurant et cadre moderne et qui offre qq chose d'un peu gastro et raffiné. Le restaurant se découvre à l'arrière d'un beau bâtiment ancien en briques et rénové avec une belle façade en verre. Carte raffinée et recherchées. Tout le monde se donne du mal et cela en vaut la peine. Le tout est approprié pour l'occasion à laquelle je l'ai découvert: un diner d'affaires avec un niveau un peu recherché sans faire dans l'ostentatoire

on the table the menu for selection. little choice but what there was sounded good and it was. first a salate after a sea-seal. prepared on the spot. all fresh and sloppy. the older dame the beginning in the service roamed rather badly, the young waiters afterwards friendly and competent.

Nice small restaurant, environment is untypical for Guetersloh and would also fit to much larger cities. Food is excellent but not cheap - good location for business dinners.

excellent menu in finely tuned harmonie, good, intrusive service, the accompanying weine matched to the spears
