I ordered a 32oz drink but received a small cup instead, filled to the brim with ice, so I only got about three sips. It felt like a $4 rip-off. The chips and salsa tasted like they had been sitting in the heat all day—definitely not fresh, lacking any tomato or spice flavor. The Tostadas Mixtas were average, with small portions. Overall, nothing was fresh, yet they charged $25 for the whole experience.
We visited this location today. The waitress took a drink order for 2 Shirley Temples, she bought only one out and never returned to take our order. After waiting and waiting we went to the hostess stand and told them we were leaving because no oneever came to take our order. They promptly told us the cost for the 1 Shirley Temple would be $4.00. Needless to say we will notbe returning.
Everything was abundant and delicious! We ordered the 2 Enchilada Chicken Combo plate, a Chicken Enchilada a la Carte, and the 3 Taco Combo plate. The rice was perfectly moist, and the Albondigas were incredibly flavorful! The fresh chips and salsa were a delightful treat...so good! I highly recommend all of these dishes!

My first time eating here order 2 shredded beef soft shell tacos ???? it was more fat than beef and the shells fell apart when you tried to pick the taco up. The place was clean and the staff was friendly
We went for lunch and it wasn't busy at all, we were seated immediately. I ordered the #1 lunch special with a small albondigas soup. The chips and salsa was very fresh. Our server was friendly and fast.

It's always a joy to come back to Medrano's Mexican. The staff are always welcoming, and the menu offers fantastic dishes. The "El Elephante" burrito is huge—absolutely amazing!
