Fresh food, clean kitchen, friendly staff, owners and their children are usually present and I don't just mean they're physically at the establishment, they're involved in your experience, extremely nice, accomodating and informative. I have been there for a 30 plus person event that they were happy to accommodate our entire party and give us the better part of the dining room as well as split all the bills up in a way that was convenient for the patrons. They were on top of making sure all the food came out in the right order and making sure everybody had something to eat and nobody was waiting for their food while everybody else was eating.
